Yep exactly, the nasdaq listing was bad decision making, dont think that can be argued against now, look at the results!
Its a complete joke, nasdaq listing was not needed and did not help, look at biotechs like CUV on the ASX, that made it huge staying right here on the ASX, or even directly comparable BOT that is a biotech using cannabinoids, went from 5.5 cents to 21 cents staying here on ASX just this year. Yet IHL with access to all those huge hedge funds in USA on nasdaq dropped over 70% and at multi year lows.
If the company is good investors will come no matter where the company is listed.
I just think management looking after themselves here, look at Mr Joel Latham salary last year:
check out that total of over $3 million. How long you think until we need another cap raise just to pay Joel his salary for his "performance" ?!
I shudder when I look at the IHL price and chart and just shake my head.
All the talk , all the people saying they are buying dips, loading up, wait until we list on nasdaq and access to all the big US hedge funds and investors how we will rocket, etc etc. Yet here we are trading around multiyear lows, fractions of the market cap we were just a year ago.
I think its clear to say management really messed this one up. It hasnt been a bad year for biotechs, infact its been really good, yet here we are with no access to our shares, trading at multi year lows.
Feel for a lot of holders that bought the crap being sprouted here on hotcopper, anyone talking negative on the companies decision making was met with hostility and bullying from the cheer squad that couldn't handle any critical discussion, yet the critical voices turned out to be corrrect, and the cheer squad talking how good its going to be turned out to be completely and utterly wrong.
Great work IHL management, really smart decision making with your cap raise when it wasnt needed, and listing on nasdaq where IHL is just a small fish in big pond, rather than staying on ASX where we were the big fish in the small pond.
As is too often the case on with these companies, management will win, being paid great salaries and getting free shares for "performance" whilst shareholders dont make thing and sitting on losses.
