Would someone mind summarising Sapporo's main points? For such a long post I'm genuinely not sure what he's implying. 99% of it is stating what we already know (essentially just a timeline of ApirX related events). The remaining 1% is... what exactly? Seeing as no money was ever exchanged as part of the acquisition, it's not as though the directors have benefited financially from this transaction. Is he basically just saying it was a bad move given the slow progress, which caused unecessary dilution / SP decline as a result or is something more sinister being suggested? Please help.
