I don't think class action will get anywhere except destroy the company.There may be the possibllity of suing Joel and the BOD for there performance and then they would need to be replaced by other directors etc.It would be ideal for another major investor like sud to take a position in the company so there say would have influence over Joel and the board.Joel has been on the gravy train for to long and now needs to be accountable for his performance at the company.
Trying to stay positive what are we progressing to this year that may help brighten investor mood.
