I'm not sure exactly which director you're talking about but I imagine i.e. Peter Widdows could get paid a salary from Clarion clinics and then draw consultancy fees for any role he plays within the broader IHL business (if it is not his full time role). I know that's not what's happening but it's an example. It's a clean way to manage it from a bookeeping point of view, seeing as the 2 seperate businesses need to be managed somewhat independently.
