The stock falls again even though NASDAQ is up.These consultant fees should be allowed only if there was a positive outcome but in my opinion the salary is sufficient considering Joel gets paid a mega salary.Even if us shareholders want to make change its difficult as Joel holds so many shares and items can get through only because of the numbers controlled by them.If it was imo a fair vote based on opinion Joel and the BOD would be out and many items that were passed would of been blocked.Joel is on a gravy train and is making money from salary alone and doesn't have the capacity no longer to move the company forward.Aa stated a larger shareholder or a new larger investor would be able to challenge the status quo and make swift changes and the board more accountable.There would be no more fees.Maybe a legal firm can represent us smaller shareholders
