Joel is only a salesperson and in my opinion does not have the experience and know how to put the runs on the board.The share price was moving on the asx as it had the support of sud and his companies who bought in.He is trying every trick now that people are waiting on the sidelines.What are they waiting for.He should be ashamed of himself sucking money out of the company by paying himself the high salary and the others consulting fees and now we need a credit raise.Shareholders take this seriously and vote him out as he isn't going to accomplish anything except talk nonsense and no one listens to him anymore.With him replaced with someone competent change should occur as they would understand the dynamics of the NASDAQ investor and probably get the support from the appropriate funds and invest firms in the US.
