500 patients at $25k each is $12.5 million.
Someone mentioned, at best, there'd be a 20% margin on that. That's $2.5m p/a. So yeah, 'a couple of million'.
As for an incoming cash raise that's clearly obvious. There's bugger all money in the bank and they have massive incoming costs.
