The main reason i have stated before that Joel went to the USA was that he smashed the Aussie mum and dads for cash, then done a CR at a pxss take to those very mum and dads and he knows he cannot get any more cash over here..
Hence, moving to the USA it is far easier diluting the company from a $ sign infront of the SP as opposed to a 90% loss from highs to disgruntled holders over here...
Job done for Joel and the next few years diluting heavily and getting a good few quid for it too, he would not have a few years doing the same over here, that is for sure
