I think as stated the company has the value and has the potential to a higher stock price as it has valuable library but needs someone to take it there and Joel is not the one but due to his stock holding he holds on but if a large shareholder sees the potential and moves on the company he will be replaced by a new industry expert that should change the fortunes of the company
