Ex director Dr Sud did not sell because he had to. That was a lie peddled by an "American" poster on here trumpeting the benefits of redomiciling to the Nasdaq.

The American mislead mum and pop investors on here.

To substantiate, the "American" told you all that Sud had to sell before the redomicile because in a class action in America, a defendant's assets get frozen.

But there is one fatal flaw in the American's argument.

THERE WAS NEVER ANY CLASS ACTION AGAINST SUD IN AMERICA. IT DOES NOT EXIST.

Why would Sud have supported the Apirex deal when it diluted him 18% for no value in return?

Would you if you had known? Dr Sud would have known as an expert in the field.

No, Sud chose to sell and that truth had to be hidden from unsuspecting shareholders before the redomicile voting.

Think about it - when Sud sold, a few posters here ran a campaign of mistruths and innuendo to smear Sud, but why?

If Sud was forced to sell, wouldn't you just say that's too bad he had to sell, be understanding, and say thank you for making quite a few IHL posters rich?

The price chart of IHL shows Sud lifted up IHL and its BOD off the penny canvas and turned them and quite a few posters into millionaires.

    Where was the thank you?

No, it didn't go down that way because the truth was not allowed to see the light of day until after the redomicile.

The bottom line is Sud, the former number 1 shareholder, was highly motivated to look after shareholders because he was the only director that paid over 10 cents a share (20 cents to be precise) on the ASX.

Sud ploughed in many millions and had shareholders' backs, whereas the rest of them live off cheapies and ridiculous amounts of freebies.

And what's happened since Dr Sud left?

Apirex continues to gather dust and for all the lack of progress, an obscene amount of more freebies have been printed: reference SEC announcement December 21st, 2023.

How can Joel suddenly be slated to own over 9% of IHL (the equivalent of 165 million shares before consolidation) and become the number 1 shareholder with the little he's actually put in from his own pocket, not yours?

Who voted for these freebies? Shareholders?

My guess is the BOD did and their power will soon be firmly entrenched; it might already be too late.

    Imho
