We are absolutely responsible for our own decisions - totally agree. As for the question of being misled, either we were misled or Joel was. I say this because I sat and listened as Joel laid out every good reason why it made sense to switch to the NASDAQ. He waxed lyrical about buyers waiting in the wings ready to jump on board when we made the shift. He talked of analysts ready to cover us. I came away from that meeting full of confidence that this was the right move.
I can't help but wonder if Joel was taking the p*ss with the shareholders, or if whoever was advising Joel and the board were taking the p*ss with them. I think one of these is very likely. Either way, the difference between what is happening now and what was meant to happen is significant and can't be ignored.
It is too late to sell (IMO) so have no choice but to hold and stop checking the NASDAQ each morning....because it is an increasingly crappy way to start the day.
Good luck to all holders.
