I can't help but wonder if Joel was taking the p*ss with the shareholders, or if whoever was advising Joel and the board were taking the p*ss with them. I think one of these is very likely. Either way, the difference between what is happening now and what was meant to happen is significant and can't be ignored.

It is too late to sell (IMO) so have no choice but to hold and stop checking the NASDAQ each morning....because it is an increasingly crappy way to start the day.

If you were being misled, that might means someone did it intentionally. That will come down to moral or ethic issue.

If Joel was being misled, that might mean Joel's team capability or management issue.
