Joel should do the correct thing and resign.He holds many shares and that's probably the reason he can sway votes.His decisions have bought the company to the current state.Someone said that shareholders voted for NASDAQ.Many shareholders didn't want it but as Joel had so many shares the vote may become favourable to move.At least when we were on the ASX he would do investor rounds but now he has become silent and the rudeness of it all is that he blocks investors.He works for investors/ shareholders and its their hard earned money and at least have the investor relations department answer or someone but to conduct yourself like this is shameful,unprofessional and deserves legal action.Joel have some decency and resign and at least stop this unprofessional behaviour
