I am not sure who do you mean by prospective shareholders? If you mean the loyal shareholders that have been bullish all the time.
I was under the impression that they have always been buying non-stop.
so if you ask me are they waiting? I would probably say no.
If you are ask about the big guns and potential new investors. My assumption would be they will be waiting for 2 things to happen before buying:
1) An announcement that can spike the volume and not just the SP.
2) a more concrete and consistent trading volume.
Therefore, there is no rush for a sensible or good investor to jump in now while you can generate more income elsewhere.
