Sometimes the obvious answer is the correct one. Holders screamed buying opportunity because they believed what they were saying was true. You don't need conspiracy theories to explain why holders are / were bullish on this stock. Aside from the SP and some questions about the performance of the CEO, this is (still) a biotech with a solid strategy in terms of drug development, very promising early round trial results, and an incredibly impressive team full of industry experts. There is a hell of a lot to like on paper and it's ok to be bullish without being labled as ramping or pumping.
