As the shares on NASDAQ continue to decline Joel is well paid and so is the board.He has bought no value since listing on NASDAQ.Its time Joel to seriously look for other work as the listing has been disgraceful,investors have lost money and cash burn continues to pay wages.No announcements and the stock continues to fall.
