In relation to re-election of the board..... will be difficult. As it stand collectively the BOD own 22% of the company. To submit a resolution will require just 5% of shareholders voting rights but to pass the motion will require 75% of the shareholders voting rights as this is a board corporate re-election not a general motion (51%). On top of this, as time goes by new allocation of shares, as voted in the Company Redomicile Package put to shareholder will increase their ownership over the next 2 years.
Understand your concerns. Hopefully H2 will provide tangible news on Incannex's trials, especially 42X and 675A, including updates on CannQuit, Clarion and the GAD-PSI programs.
