Finding a lead applicant for application of discovery is a massive job. Ideally, the lead applicant who makes the preliminary discovery application will be the same person who is the lead applicant in any subsequent class action. But it does not have to be the same person.

in short a very expensive exercise with very little return and especially when we see all BOD still there doing what they do best....trying to make this work

KingKev I agree class action pointless but you can’t be serious when you say BOD out trying their best. Really ? Communication has been pathetic. If this is their best then time to move on but why would any of them want to jump off before they have to. Easy money. Our money.
