Sounds like a few have succumbed to this one being dead and buried already. Class actions will give you next to nothing in the end....averaging about 20% of your initial outlay at a guess at best
Finding a lead applicant for application of discovery is a massive job. Ideally, the lead applicant who makes the preliminary discovery application will be the same person who is the lead applicant in any subsequent class action. But it does not have to be the same person.
in short a very expensive exercise with very little return and especially when we see all BOD still there doing what they do best....trying to make this work
