Not sure how the Clarion corporate structure works with reporting via NASDAQ reporting protocols.
Clarion a subsidiary, if the proceeds are returned in house to expand the business and Incannex US receive not revenue, I'm not sure IXHL need to report. Not a corporate accountant.

Regardless the above was not what was said about Clarion in relation to imminent and future news flow, at the Sydney meeting. 12 months since those discussions and not a word on progress. Pathetic. What will move US investors is successful Clarion rollout and new clinics opened in due course as to the shareholders presentation protocols. I recall Sydney or Brisbane Xmas 24.

I wish Peter the very best of luck, a very experienced skipper at the helm and a numbers man. I'm also hearing activity at the clinic.....yey!
