I recall you mentioning that you had no idea who Bob Clark was... It’s hard to give credibility to someone raising concerns when their due diligence seemed so lacking. Out of curiosity, which concerns did you raise and what factual evidence you brought up to support your claims?

0 roadshow or marketing efforts prior to the redomicile is one of them if you were not being ignorant back then.
