Man, Someone has the patent and creating a breakthrough product that will dominate a billion dollars market. And, the most concerning factor is they are going to get everything right, it is just a matter of time and it is about 24 months away.

All I can think of based on the statement above is just that they don't feel the threat of such product. Maybe you can say the trial is still early stage or blah blah." This is just my own conspiracy theories. But from the patent alone, I would imagine the big pharma can replicate the recipe of 42x and tested it on some animals."
