With management and Joel getting paid the way they do then its better that shareholders join me in legal action as there won't be much left.As stated if someone can help me explore the chronological events and the misguidance I have found a class action lawyer that may be able to help.The stock continues to fall so shareholders take this seriously before there is nothing left and at least you can try to salvage something from how they have mismanaged the company and its intellectual assets
