Nope, you were all duped by an underhanded poster/imposter, JMiller.

This American expert, who seemed to know the inside workings of IHL, spoke of riches in America and led this forum going by the number of his posts and reader likes during the redomicile period.

But Sud's dumping of the stock was a very bad look at the worst possible time, so Miller needed a reason to justify the selling to shareholders - then voila! He concocts a fictitious class action suit in America by Tetra Bio Pharma shareholders' against Dr Sud.

Heck the American even stated he was a holder of Tetra, whose BoD appear to have squandered shareholders' money like drunken sailors and the company went belly up.

The sheer beauty and treachery of this "class action" lie is in America if a person is subject to a class action suit, their assets are frozen.

That is, the American misled readers on here to believe Sud had to sell his shares in Australia before the redomicile or they would be frozen in America.

The most devious part of this ugly undertaking is the American then calculatingly linked an unrelated frivoulous civil lawsuit in America.

And it worked like a charm! Even you @flanostu are still beguiled that Sud had to sell or his assets would be frozen.

The one big flaw in this narrative is in a normal civil suit in America assets are NOT frozen. Of course they are not. America 's economy would shut down in 60 seconds if it were true. It is a litigious country with millions of petty law suits.

If you don't believe me search for a class action by Tetra Bio Pharma shareholders against Dr Sud.

Then come back with 'Exhibit B' - proof of a class action against Dr Sud.

It does not exist, never has, and this was the cunning lie to get shareholders to "overlook" and not question Sud's selling.

Sud would have still incurred a stiff loss on those millions of shares he paid 20 cents for, but imagine the loss he would be sitting on now if he had held on.

And why hasn't he bought back in at the current much cheaper share price?

Did Sud foresee what was coming?

If you or anyone here can show proof of this class action, I will never post on IHL threads again.

Otherwise, isn't it time to follow @rusty02's lead and have a honest discussion for once on what has gone wrong and why?

It's a general discussion thread after all.

    Imho
