It the NASDAQ reporting system. From my understanding they have 90 days. Some stakeholders I speak to via PM have reported similar response as you to their email enquiries.....nothing. Not good marketing from the team. Joel and team need to step up. Be transparent and get our brand, aims and objectives forefront. Most would like someone like Dr Mark B as our brand now.
Back to reporting. IMO Incannex should receive some R&D funding for the 675A and BE/BA Australian trials. I'm also expecting some Tangible data announced during Q4.
I sincerely hope we don't drift down to $1usd. A please explain from the NASDAQ regulatory is not a good look. Once the Coy is slapped with a compliance request they have 30 days to respond and 3 months to turn the SP around or by by.....unless this was strategically planned by the Strategic Planner..... Fingers xed we have hit our lows. GL mate.
