Try telling that to a rookie engineer, sparkey, plumber or even a nurse where they need to show correct current compliance documents and past certification just to put pen to paper let alone signing of on design schematics or attend to patience but a tobacconist can design drugs and compounds and have the work registered. Haha love it. Where's my old chemistry set. Time to be a drug and compound designer....... Wander what will happen if I synergise Hemp oil, MDMA, PSI with a touch of Ketamine to enhance the PSI.
