If this new group is buying they are just putting bids in at the 8c level, willing to take stock sold into them but unwilling to push up at all.
Recent price action is very low volume, and indicates lack of interest from both bulls and bears.

I am still trying to acquire recent Broker Data because the last set I saw was extremely good, but that was a month ago.
Maybe they are looking for a derisking event such as ARDS results to buy in big because I can't imagine this group is buying up big at the moment when the amount of shares being traded in recent days has been very small.

Poswell and his ilk had the opportunity to buy when COVID hit in March/April and the stock went into freefall. They no doubt scooped up the majority of those shares panic sold during that time.
