Olinad, I think this is potentially great news for IHL.
From what I can see, Valens is a large B to B player that is an extractor and contract manufacturer. So a front end supplier. (they are not a retailer). It wouldn't surprise me if IHL Incannex products will be eventually sourced from Valens at some stage given the relationship with Cannvalate. (great to see Cannvalate building further strength in the market)
My key thought here is that Valen's scale and ability to manufacture innovative product at the front of the supply chain may translate into real price and logistics advantages for present and future IHL products, should this occur.
