    I don't find it frustrating.
    There are many legitimate reasons for selling stock, usually including personal circumstances and punctual need for cash flow.
    I'm also a strong believer in the old adage that there is never anything inherently wrong with taking profits after a run. Some people are chasing pips, but others are simply more risk averse. An entire category of IHL investors probably bought in at the news of the successful in vitro, with the aim to sell at the news of successful in vivo: risk and time frames FAR smaller than waiting for human trials to play out.

    What those people do should be immaterial to us if we are not chasing pips, and believe this company is about to go on a rip because of the substance of its offerings?
