From what I heard, Citigroup mostly has Chinese clients and are related to 61 Financial.
61 Financial has been promoting IHL as of the past few months, I've never heard of them before that and they seem to cater mostly to Chinese clients. Citi must be the broker behind 61 Financial clients.
Makes complete sense to me, maybe they are excited for the ARDS trial as it is in Taiwan and thats how they got wind of IHL?
