If Sud coverts his 20c oppies ($40 million dollars), he won't be selling any on the market - ever. There's two ways Sud could sell his shares:
1- to an institution who wants to buy in at a significantly higher price, as an off market trade (watch them all flood into our stock when the trials really get going in the months ahead). This is a really low chance of happening because management would probably tell any insto to buy on market if they want any shares - pay up!
2- (most likely outcome) a takeover from a big pharma. Then again, IHL seems to becoming the next GW Pharmaceuticals, so he may hold and get his money back through future dividends.
I expect Sud to make in excess of $100M from his oppies - at a minimum.
