Also the number IHL used for 675a looks like ARDS numbers pre Covid at 45,000. (to calculate the 675 million) There are currently millions of people around the world right now that would be genuine candidates for the drug if EU was granted.
1 million doses/patients at $15000 is $15 billion. 100,000 patients is $1.5 billion. If we get EU which is still a long shot without in human trials in my view, the SP of IHL will go stupid. That being said both drugs exist and are fairly low risk given the ARDS mortality rate is 40 percent and has no existing treatment.
Also worth mentioning that with all the new strains popping up, some of the vaccines maybe less effective. 675a treats ARDS, so the strain becomes irrelevant.
The reason I bought in was for the OSA and TBI drugs. We are spoilt with options here.
