The company operating under the code IHL back in 2007 was a completely different make up and industry to the one we know today as IHL. I think they were a mining company called Mount Magnet South. Anyway, their business and share price dropped massively to the point that pretty much their only asset was the fact that they were listed on the ASX so the were taken over by the current IHL peeps who called themselves Impression Healthcare and who made mouth guards. This takeover was a process by which Impression were able to list on the ASX. A pivot or two later and now, in Feb21, the name is Incannex Healthcare and the game is biotech.
