The marketing and distribution muscle that big pharma has is nothing to be sneezed at. I don’t think it is practical to expect IHL to own the whole supply chain. We haven’t heard anything from the BOD on how they want to take the company in the LT so it would be speculation on our part. Everyone wants their favourite biotech to be the next CSL with $250+ SP and $120Bn+ MC. One can hope and dream.
If IHL wants to play the long game it could be a partnership with on-going royalties that feed to SH as dividends. Meanwhile IHL can embark on drug discovery and development, and the royalties will fund the R&D.
All above are guesses, obviously.
