What a good reversal (re-tracement). Just wait to see the sell side when (if) SP goes to back to 16,5 cents, it will be real fun! I've seen this with many small caps, last example NVX during the last year. If you say there is NO pump and dump here, you're wrong.
IMHO dual listing and the last news on IHL added almost NO substantial value but SP pump. IHL is by no means value stock, highly speculative and probably growth. Market movements and sentiment on this industry have quite a impact on SP of IHL. At the moment market is highly volatile with the increased volatility. My holding is divided in two: long term and short term. ST holding changes depending on the number of post here and reddit, news and newbies in the registry.
As I always mention: not trying to bring IHL down, just commenting. Long term holder, enjoying the ride. BUY at the right SP.
