The TGA has been deciding on a submission to change CBD from prescription only under Special Access Scheme to OTC (Over the Counter).
This would IMO be massive for pot stocks in Australia, only those that are actually selling CBD oils product though. Luckily we are!
Seems the interim decision will be announced tomorrow, IMO Aus is very far behind countries like Canada and New Zealand when it comes to legislation regarding CBD. Hope they do change the rules on CBD oil.
