The only winners of EverBlu stonks are EverBlu themselves, unless you're in on the pump or an astute trader I suppose.

I recall that CPH has a similar debt or convertible note financing w/ EverBlu, not sure if this is still the case but if you are a holder worth checking.

Adam Blumenthal is also CPH Chairman from my memory as well.

This stuff is what I call "meta" information, not to do w/ the fundamentals of the company or the technicals of the charts but especially in the spec end one of the most important things to know.

Glad that the IHL team is heavily aligned with shareholders, no freebies and most importantly no deals of this kind.
