Hopefully you get the positive outcome from that mate! Tough couple of days it seems, and reckon give some CBD a shot before you hit the CPAP - never needed one but can't imagine they're fun. Hopefully IHL back up tomorrow to march towards 38c to get a smile back on the dial.

Is actually TA wise playing out perfectly at the moment if it holds these levels.. Some nice measured moves / retraces - can't remember who it was (maybe @Exalted) who talked about IHL being a poster child for breakouts / retraces?
