While a company can make progress, revenues and profits they can’t control the stock price. Stock price is influenced by a number of things related to global and local news, sentiments, rumours etc.,. However the recent Ann regarding OSA is a huge plus which more than makes up for the lack of updates since the patient recruitment was announced in last Dec.
As an investor interested in the fundamentals of the company and the industry, this is absolutely ridiculously positive announcement. This company looks like it is laying bricks, but actually it is putting foundation for a skyscraper!
In the short term you can expect the stock price to be like my dog when I take him out for a walk... goes left and right, stops and some times runs, retraces his steps and the direction of his next step is completely unpredictable
