Hugely Bullish on where this company is going and the science behind each step is solid.
A listing on main nasdaq would be huge given the risk appetite for US investors in similar spaces, ATAI IPO was interesting to watch.

On the face of it, it does look like a stretch to meet 1 of the 4 Standards needed to qualify for US listing, but if auditors are already involved then there would be something that the BOD and Eddie Sugar know that 5minutes of us googling won't reveal.
