Worth noting that IHL has an impulsive bull and corrective retracement pattern. (range and volume) What that means in TA terms is that when it pivots, either on a TA basis or Ann (and they could be anytime.....) then the lift in SP is very likely to be significant. Stock changing hands from the impatient to the patient. As posted before, a narrow opportunity at present IMO. The news will come.
