Excellent summary M. I think you're veey close to the mark on ASX saturation too. There's not a great deal of $ floating around in the small cap space at this time either.
I too believe the BOD is now focussed on the US. I also think they intend to enter that market with solid results & forward planning information.
The Sud factor is an important step too. He has until the end of September to convert. How many option holders converted months out last year? I'd make a guess most hung on till near expiry. We were in a similar position SP v conversion rate at that time too. $40m isn't chicken feed. It operating cap ital for other concerns if he has it available. Fundamentally nothing has changed & the business plan is pretty much on track. Panic thinking is starting to appear again because the SP has stagnated & retreated on low volume AGAIN.
It takes balls to hang on. That's the spec end of the market. You either believe or you don't. Execute your plan accordingly. Simples
