I don't think it's harsh I think it's common sense. As for a timeline I'm guessing there are lot of ducks to line up which a lot would be out of the control of the company so why would they give a timeline for the market to hang their hat on and then have to come out with an extension to it. I'm sure when the ducks are in a line they will update the market.
