Perhaps, the reason they haven't said much about the progress of US listing is very simple - they can't. IHL is already listed on ASX and wants to become listed on a major US board (assume Nasdaq???). But they can't provide an ASX update without upsetting the regulator in the US (the big, bad SEC). The SEC would take a dim view of IHL creating unsubstantiated market expectations of their listing if they made a song and dance about it when the dots weren't yet on the i's and the crosses weren't on the t's. So the fine line they must tread is to make all of the requisite filings and applications to the SEC and Nasdaq and at the same time not fall foul of the ASX by breaching its continuous disclosure requirements. The simple solution is to say nothing more than they have until they lodge their SEC/Nasdaq listing document - at that point it is "game-on". In the meantime, patience grasshoppers - this BOD haven't dropped the ball yet and I don't think they will on this play.
