To convert the options, you contact the company. They send you a form and bpay details. For the IHLOBs you send the company 4c per option you want to convert. in a few days the new shares appear against your HIN.
So if you buy an IHLOB for 1c, your total cost for the converted share would be the original 1c plus 4c to convert, so 5c per share.
