so, i read on another companies forum also looking to the nasdaq in the near future (uplisting from otc though), once listing is within 45 days they are prohibited from discussing it in updates. i have no idea about the truth of this but if there is any truth to it, it may explain why there was no mention in the quarterly. heres hoping.
