Sent an email to Joel to enquire about the website and congratulating him on the appointment of Roth Capital.

Has said that Roth have advised to keep the site down until the SEC review period is completed, then launch to coincide with marketing promotion should the IPO proceed.

Also mentioned that had 4 other Investment banks that wanted to sponsor the listing, which is a massive reassurance that there should be quite a bit of demand for shares and can gather that Eddie Sugar has been doing a great job behind the scenes in making these connections.
