Correct me if I am wrong here, but if Dr Sud converts at current price say SP 30c that give him a $20M Profit
( 200,000000 x .30c = $60 M - $40M to convert = $20 M Profit )
I am thinking there would be plenty of financiers out there liking those sought of figures and a percentage commission of the profits thereof ?
Would you pass on $20M ?
