I personally feel that these are overseas buyers coming in after the recent announcements.
Factoring in the possibility of missing out on the US initial allocations and the low AUD FX rate at the moment they are looking at a double gain situation.
I know that's what I would do if I was a US investor who is looking for long or short term gain.
