Apologies if this has already been covered off. I sent an email to IHL today re the timing of their new and improved website coming online.

Response below (which makes perfect sense) - just in case anyone else was wondering.

'Based on feedback from our US representatives, the website will remain in maintenance mode until our filing with the SEC is approved. This is seen as best practice during the SEC filing process – we will then launch a newly developed website which is currently being worked on.'
